The site is information, not a contract

Nothing on this site is an offer, an estimate or a quotation. Renovation work is undertaken only under a written Home Improvement Contract signed by both parties, as New Jersey law requires for work over $500. Where anything on this site differs from a signed contract, the contract governs.

Images

Room photographs labelled as our work are of projects we built. Other interior images on this site are studio renderings that illustrate the standard and style we build to; they are not photographs of completed client projects.

Your use of the site

You may browse and share links to this site freely. You may not copy our text, photographs, renderings or logo for commercial use without written permission.

No warranty on the site itself

We keep the site accurate but do not promise it is error-free or always available. We are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site’s contents. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited under New Jersey law, and it has nothing to do with the warranties in a signed project contract.
