Freehold is two places, the Township and the Borough, and we work in both. The township’s developments share Manalapan’s housing stock; the borough’s older streets bring different questions, about plaster, load paths and pre-1978 paint.

In the township, 1980s to 2000s colonials and larger newer homes; in the borough, houses from the early 1900s onward with real character and real surprises behind the walls. We are certified for lead-safe work in the older stock.

We do, at Freehold Township Building Department on Schanck Road, or Freehold Borough Building Department on Main Street, depending on the address, and we meet every inspection so you do not have to leave work for one.
Do you take smaller jobs?
Our projects are design-build renovations: a bathroom, a shower, a kitchen, a suite. If the job is smaller than that, we will say so on the first call and, where we can, point you to someone good.
